I add a lot of friends to my list but many times I can't remember where who they are, where I met them, when I met them, you get the point. AOL Instant Messenger or Miranda IM let you have user notes where you can write things about people in your lists that way you don't forget who they are. This would be super helpful in Guild Wars and 2. Actually it's important on any userlist.
