Hello,
I have first posted this on the NCsoft support site under the GW gameplay category and a GM gave me a link to this site.
I have been a GW player since the release of the game and I'm happy to have played it on and off for almost the last 5 years. I know that the game's 5th year anniversary is coming up in April 2010 and I'm writing to you guys wondering if maybe you could create a new character title for players who have characters created since April 2005 and name it something like "Old School" just like you have other titles like "Protector of Tyria/Cantha", "Legendary Vanquisher", etc. Minipets are nice and all but any new player that has learned to farm gold can buy the newest minipets, leaving all the characters that have been playing for almost 5 years in the same player group with nothing special.
I'm not talking about a title for having "x amount of hours played" when you type /age but more like a title to show the loyal people that bought GW during the month when it first came out and have a character created since then. I would really appreciate it if you could give this idea some consideration and I'm sure all the other old school players would also love it if you guys did something special for them of this magnitude. Thanks again for all the customer and community support you have given me over the last 56 months when I needed it.
