Well my idea is.. some kind of system that allow the admins or the support to rollback the player status, items, etc, in case of being hacked, to.. for example 3 days before, giving back the gold to some one that traded with him and returning the items to him, this would only be able to use by a admin after check that an account have been hacked and reported to NCSoft support page and after be analyzed by a senior support member, this would also prevent form people ask for some items that they could claim to had without ever looted them also could be used to prevent people from selling gold for real cash and unbalance the game economy.

I'm open to suggestions...
