Low importance.

The Titan Quests, Winds of Change, and The Villainy of Galrath are the hardest of the game, and lack a relevant reward for doing them.

Suggestion could be to make a special reward for the full completion of all HM quests (including titans and WoC), maybe a title : "Legendary Peace Maker" ? Or an emote : summon a spectral Titan, Reiko or Galrath ?

This will encourage people doing the HM quests, and perhaps human cooperation because of the high difficulty.
