My suggestion is to add sailing and naval battles. I think it would make a great expansion to add the ability to sail ships and have naval battles. Not only would it be an interesting way to have large dynamic events with players manning the ships and its weapons against enemy creatures and boats, but could also include normal combat with defending against enemies that board the ship itself.
It could be Guild Wars 2's, large mini game like what SWG did with space.
One of the elder dragons has a large undead navy which could lead to a lot of content and there's so much open sea in Tyria, I think sailing would be a great addition to this awesome looking game.
