If there are additional expansions/standalone campaigns released, in addition to the other content, it might be worthwhile releasing additional species to make the game a bit more diverse. These are some of my ideas

  • The Tengu: The Tengu, in my opinion, with the exception of the bonus mission pack, have not recieved as much attention as they should have in the game. With the henchmen Talon Silverwing, I've been wondering what Tengu culture is like, and how they changed with the awakening of the dragons. One perk I could think of is having the ability to glide (or the like) when they jump off of a high point, or simply have an increased jump height. Another perk could be have a X% chance to bypass blocking.
  • The Centaurs: The centaurs, though they may have been against humans in GW1, but again, not much is given with regards to their culture. Zhed Shadowhoof gave some insight into their hatred of humans, but that, again, wasn't enough in my opinion. A possible perk I thought up of would to be to be able to give party members a ride on their back, thus reducing travel times. Or, you could take the fact that they have four legs and have a perk like a X% chance to resist knockdown.
  • The Forgotten (idea courtesy of Copper Legray): The Forgotten have survived the first coming of the dragons, so why shouldn't they survive this one? With their expansion (so to speak) in Guild Wars Nightfall, they deserve a part to play in the future, so why not give them the part of a hero? One perk I came up with is that the Forgotten can cast multiple spells at the same time, for example, Fire storm and Breath of Fire cast at the same time, with an increase in casting time as a drawback. Also, they could give a party-wide buff such as "Gain X% more XP if there is a Forgotten present in your party."
