A quick suggestion that I thought up after reading Ghosts of Ascalon. What if the Asura developed a suit of armor using GOLEM technology, or it was a non-directed GOLEM itself? This suit of armor could be just for looks, or it could also have ability enhancing properties. Alchemic motivators could boost the wearers strength and agility. The downside of this though could be that the wearer would have to recharge their armor at some time, or it would become a hindrance to them instead of an aid. This could be done though recharge stations, or by carrying batteries which would take up space in the inventory. Another option could be that cripple or other movement restricting spells could disrupt the motivators and eliminate the boosts or reverse them, turning them into debuffs.
