Feedback:User/Salur93/Spectator Mode for sPvP

This is my idea on a simple idea for how ArenaNet can create a Spectator Mode for Structured PvP. It is as follows:

Use the current UI to control the camera. What I mean is, each of the available keybinds are different camera angles. For example:

1.) 1-5 can toggle a follow-view camera for a specific player. Each player is given a number at the beginning of the match, and the keybind that matches their number will set the camera to follow that person. To change teams, using the F1 key could suffice.

2.) F2 could control location toggles, such as the three capture points, and two other points of interest, like the two trebuchets in Battle for Kyhlo (BfK), or the NPC bosses in Forest of Nifihel (FoN).

3.) F3 Could control other locations which are hot spots, such as the area between spawns in FoN or in the tunnel under the Clock Tower in BfK.

4.) Finally, F4 could do either nothing, something I haven't covered, or it could switch to the timeline controls. 1-5 could be Skip back, Skip forward, pause/play, slow-mo toggle on/off, and rewind, respectively.

Having covered all of that, there is little else I can think of to put on the 6-0 keys. Also, it would be nice to have some way to see the action bars of a player that you are following, so we know what abilities they have active, when they use an ability, and what utilities and elites they have, as well as to monitor their CD's for better commentating purposes. A save replay button is also a desired feature which can be easily implemented with this set-up.

Any suggestions or improvements on this system are encouraged. Thank you for reading.
