A built in item description database, so when someone says an item/weapon/equipment name in chat, the name will appear in a different color than normal chat, be clickable, and open either the wiki page for that item, or a small window within the game with a description, selling price, auction house related prices, etc.
To expand upon that, it would also be made so that players looking at an item/weapon/equipment, whether it be in a vendor window, their inventory, guild bank, personal bank, whatever, can easily 'paste' the name quickly into chat without having to type it all out. So for example, I'm looking at a piece of armor in the auction house, or my bank, or at a vendor, whatev, and I want to send a friend a PM about that armor, I can start my PM, shift + right click ( just using these controls as an example ) on the armor, and the armor name will appear a purple color in my chat text area. I then finish typing the rest of my PM, send it, and now my friend see's my message with the armor name in purple, they can click the armor name and see the details ( description, selling price, auction house related prices, etc. ).
