I would like to suggest that since we are going to have airships, and Guild Wars has a history of referencing pop-culture and particularly movies, there should be an airship named "Enterprise", or something very close to it, with a crew that is obviously just a thinly veiled stand in for the crew of the Enterprise in Star Trek. Whether to go with the Original Series or The Next Generation, I don't suppose it matters. I'd suggest the Original since then it can have numerous redshirts ready to die on away missions. When I came up with the idea, I imagined a mostly Asuran krewe, but a mixed one might work.
Anyway, the significance of the ship would simply be a few events it would be involved in possibly mirroring or referencing episodes of Star Trek. The Enterprise would change its location regularly and start a new event exploring another location where players could aid the crew in their misadventures and encounters with the unknown. I think it would just be a fun series of events to have in the game and a neat way to exploit the inclusion of airships.
