In Guild Wars 2 I would like to be able to control my character in the following way: Move around with WASD + Space Bar as normal. Look around by moving the mouse. Target the enemy under the cursor with the click of a mouse button. Scroll through the skills with the mouse wheel with the selected skill highlighted so that I know which skill is currently selected. Finally, activate the selected skill with the click of another mouse button. Having the option to choose which mouse buttons do which would also be useful. The purpose of this is to remove the need to move a hand off the movement or mouse controls in order to activate a skill. Pressing the number keys does not need to be removed as a concurrent option to activating a skill.
This will only work if you look around with the mouse. The gameplay footage that I have viewed so far has not demonstrated clearly if mouse look and traditional targeting is used or not.
