Drop down menu for mercenaries

Add a separate drop down menu for mercenary heroes in the party window. The current "Add hero" button shows a long list that becomes even longer when 8 mercenaries are added into it. Browsing through it for a specific mercenary into the list is long and rather confusing. A specific drop down menu should solve the problem when picking mercenaries, and (minimally) ease the burden when looking into the hero menu.
