- "Target ally is healed for 15...59...70 Health and an additional 15...39...45 Health if that ally is suffering from a Condition."
Increased unconditional heal should make this more appealing for Monks as an alternate small heal on a standard monk bar.
Edit 9/28/09 - Brought casting time back to 1 sec. I don't think the 3/4 would be needed to bring this back if Patient is nerfed a bit more.
