ACCOUNT SECURITY IN GUILD WARS 2[edit]
A lot of players are very concerned because of the low security in Guild Wars games and the fact that nothing can be restored if you lose something. You have tried to up the security by adding two security questions when you log on to your account, but that's rubbish. Many players have been hacked after that update. To make it secure, you will need to change this registration of the PC so that the user needs to register to play the game, not just access the account management. You could also introduce a new password box when logging into the game that craves mouse input only, so that keyloggers etc. have problems with gathering info.
Another layer of security could be an authenticator app for Android, iPhone and iPod touch. You could have a physical autenticator in addition, just like Blizzard did with WoW. This ups the security even more.
