With the upcoming changes to Hard Mode (less armor, more health), I can't help but feel that the change to Signet of Spirits leaves it double-nerfed. It's already been nerfed by the HM changes due to the fact that it deals armor-ignoring damage -- does it really require a 20% reduction in damage as well? Why not nerf this one step at a time -- first with just the HM changes and then, if it's still overpowered, a second damage reduction?
I also can't help but feel the changes to Spirit Rift and Destructive was Glaive are a bit much. Spirit Rift had a minor nerf, but it has major drawbacks; DwG is an elite. The others I agree with completely.
