15 ¼ 20 Elite Skill. Interrupts target foe. For (5...21...25 seconds you steal 0...5...6 Energy to target when you sucessfully interupt a foe.
The aim of this skill is to allow the caster to rupt as much as a Magebane ranger while putting pressure through Energy Denial.(Whereas a Magebane ranger puts pressure through poison spam and added recast on ennemies' skills)
Also this skill would have a good synergy with Power return 
Power Return. Could be moved to Fast Casting attribute.
