While Fierce blow is a fairly 'well designed' skill its under used because its awkward adren cost
- I suggest lowering it 5
Adrenaline to allow it to combo better with Forceful Blow and Heavy Blow - (The other Weakness inducing combo is Devastating Hammer who would usually prefer to use the unconditional Mighty Blow)
As part of this change I also suggest to include Overbearing Smash and Staggering Blow in the 
Adrenaline reductions to 5
