This skill is very other unused atm, it tries to be something similar to reversal of fortune but fails at it, 10 energy on monks is also usually too high

I suggest changing this skill to something similar to the old life sheathe

5 ¼ 3 Enchantment Spell. For 8 seconds, the next 15...67...80 damage target ally would take is negated.
