The idea of Zaishin coins and using them to get extra rare items or hard-to-get items is good, but can also be frustrating. For die hard players, getting coins is challenging, but for those players who maybe get a handful of hours a week, or who are completely new to MMOs, the goal of getting enough coins to get certain prizes is almost impossible. As a suggestion, allow players to buy Zaishen coins from the NCSoft store -- this would be a nice income boost for NCSoft, and allow those players who really want some of the perks the coins offer to actually be possible.
