An idea that's come up in my guild a few times is the idea of being able to play PvP against your own Heroes or against the Guild's Henchmen, rather than playing against other Guild members. You could pick yourself, your Heroes, or a few Guild Members, and test your builds and tactics against a 100% AI opponent team, consisting of Heroes or Henchmen you've selected. It would give people something to do while waiting for the Guild to get together for an event, or allow you to test run your PvP (or PvE) builds. I think people would actually enjoy playing against their own Heroes to see how they do.
