Weapon Smith in Guild Hall

The Weapon Smith in the Guild Hall should do a lot more than just allow customization of weapons. Alternatives could be to allow the purchase of basic "max" weapons for any given class, or to modify a weapon so that it can accept an Inscription. Currently, anyone who is a part of a guild can get a max weapon fairly quickly -- get a guild mate to run down to GW:EN and spend the 5 platinum on a weapon for you, so why not have this in the Guild Hall? Modifying a pre-existing weapon to accept Inscriptions could be done for 1 platinum (and not work on Green weaponry).
