Martyr 5 ¼ 15 Elite Enchantment Spell. MOVED TO PROTECTION PRAYERS. For 3 seconds, all attacks on target other ally miss and all spells fail. When this enchantment ends, you take 250...90...50 damage.

This elite is outdone by various other non-elite and elite skills and serves little relevant purpose in its current state. I suggest an elite version of Aegis (PvP) with an end effect akin to the name. The end effect and recharge time will also generate discretion when it comes to using it instead of simply activation on recharge.
