Elite Flash Enchantment Spell. (10 seconds.) Converts your attacks to shadow damage, and your next 0...4...5 dagger attack skills activate 0...26...33% faster while not in a stance. No effect unless wielding daggers.
With this new functionality, assassins' auto attacks remain at normal speed while speeding up their chain for the instance, and IASes like Flurry negate the quick-activation. If any other skills enable abuse, they can be added to the condition requirement to help discourage it.
