Rare Material Trading Improvement

Rather simple, so this will be pretty short.
I think Rare Material Trading needs to be improved. As with normal item trading, we should be able to purchase more than one unit of rare materials, provided a user's on-hand cash can handle it.
The same could go in effect for normal materials, too. If I want 200 of something, why can't I get it in one go?
