The guild leader can pick one of their officers (someone they trust) to be like a 2nd guild leader with the same (or most) privlages that a guild leader has.Can be useful because if somthing happens (like a misbehaving guild or officer) the 2nd in command can do somthing more than just telling people to calm down or stop.
