Shadow Step to target foe. Counts as a lead attack

Playing assassin sometimes I feel we're missing a shadowstep like this. By now I don't really feel like ANet will be adding more skills to GW1, which is a shame (Derv and Para could use a skill pack, they've got so few) but I think this is a nice idea and would be a very fun skill to play, shortening attack chains
