Artisanal Casting Stones

Rather than Transmute Stones.

This item, for purchase, will allow a player to explore and develop just the look for their player-character. When ready the player uses the Casting Stone creating a uniquely custom costume for their inventory of custom costumes.

These costumes will be dye-able and not being level dependent, will persist for that player-character. When a costume is equipped, it will replace the currently equipped armor's look, both in the real world and the inventory panel.

Costumes can also be bound with stats of currently equipped items, and upgraded at will.
