A scheduled Q&A session would be wonderful. Questions could be collected for a period of 1 or 2 weeks. The questions that already have information answered through the official GW2 site, GW2 wiki, and ArenaNet site would be obviously ignored, as well as questions not able to be answered (like Mursaat).
The benefit would be knowing where the game stands at a certain point, so we could modify our suggestions, or delete suggestions that no longer apply.
Also, it would be great to have ArenaNet staff come through the Suggestions wiki sections and delete/archive our Suggestions that no longer apply due to being irrelevant, implemented, or ignored. They can be labeled vaguely, such as a line going through them, so as to not give away whether they were archived because they were used, denied, or irrelevant. It would only be a sign they were read. Comments could still happen in the discussion section by fans to give feedback, but we also get an acknowledgement that at least our suggestion didn't go unnoticed (even if it was a bad suggestion that would never be used).
It is a great feeling to think you have the ear of a staff member.
