Although I doubt we'll have the option to join the groups perceived as "evil" in-game, I would love it if my Asura character could have the option to join Inquest. As I developed his character, he came out just as arrogant as any proper Asura, but he also gained a much more sinister (and less ethical) worldview than what is typical. Really, the only way to express the character properly would be to have him as a full-blown Inquest supporter. Even if you can't do this, it would be nice if our characters could choose to not oppose groups like Inquest, perhaps have sympathies with them similar to their sympathies with other races.
