Problem
I really like the down state but I realized a problem while watching a gameplay video on YouTube. At 6:40 [1] the character goes down because of DoT (damage over time) after the enemy causing this DoT died, so he couldn't use the ability to rally, because there was no enemy or friend arround.
Suggestion
There is probably more than one solution to this. Here is mine:
In PvE: All DoTs end if the mob, who casted them, dies.
In PvP: All DoTs a player casted end if (s)he leaves the defeated state without help of another player. Meaning, if (s)he is really dead and respawns.
