While Quivering's +40 damage is powerful, it's secondary affect is not. It's 5 second daze will be removed faster than you can say "I'm Dazed!" and even if it's not removed, your target can just kite till the daze wears off, in any case, a 3 second 99% disable (Bull's Strike) is much better. This change gives Sword warriors much more pressure through frequent interrupts and higher damage that synergizes with Sever Artery.

Suggestion

Quivering Blade 5 1 Elite Sword Attack When this attack hits, you interrupt target foe's action. If target foe is suffering from Bleeding, you deal +10...34...40 damage.
