Elite Stance.4...9...10 You attack 33% faster. Interrupt attacking foes if under the effects of a chant or shout.
I think tactics should be used to deal damage to or annoy damage dealers and not to tank because apparently that is the job of a Defy Pain warrior or a Sf sin. With this the attack speed is unconditional making it better and you get a nice added effect of destroying sin's combos if under the effects of a shout.
