Melee attack. Deals +10...34...40 damage. Unblockable if you have more health than your target.
Would put it more on the level of Power Attack and Soldier's Strike. The 8 second recharge for slightly better damage than power attack seems a bit steep for the current skill. This would just be a simple bland fix.
