While quite a way to honor a dedicated player, miniature versions appear to require a lot of work hours to create. Simply trying to generate a scaled version would create a lot of graphical memory waste as no one would be able to manipulate a camera to truly appreciate the level of detail that would remain on the miniature. This would mean having to recreate every character and equipment asset in the game to be usable on a dynamic graphical model miniature, which would still be using the exact same amount of ram regardless of its viewable size. Though, if they were willing to try the risky idea of scaling down a character model that far and restricting it to only the Hall of Monuments, this would make one heck of a great reward for achieving God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals.
