I am really quite surprised this hasn't popped up somewhere in the Guild section and if it has been added I believe I can add on to whoever started this idea first My Idea is to give the people of a guild more...Freedom and a sense of accomplishment. I bring the idea of adding a system to not only make them earn their castle but to Upgrade I believe they mentioned that in Guild wars 2 there was going to be a crafting system so crafting would have to require resources. In order to build said castle you need said resources, and with it comes certain buildings you can build. Maybe adding a building that increased you exp by 10 percent or your drop rate. Now this would add an interesting feature to GvG as I so loved, You add certain "defenses" these defenses can vary from effectiveness. I have an Idea to level all said buildings and Defenses to a level 3

Buildings[edit]

However I do not know any of the resources they are going to use in the actual game I believe it can be a easy work around with gold or some currency And each one of these buildings are not free and require resources or gold or maybe both

Training Hall- Adds 10 percent to their experience rate Training Hall Level 2- Adds 20 percent to their experience rate Training Hall Level 3- Adds 30 percent to their experience rate AND allows to buy NPCs for defensive purposes

Armory- Adds an enchantment that increases attack and defense but 3 percent at the cost of 1000 gold per hour Armory Level 2- Increased the percentage to 6 percent but at the cost of 1200 per hour Armory Level 3- Increased the percentage to 10 percent and upgrades any npcs you have to increase their attack and defense at the cost of 1500 per hour

Village- At the cost of "Resources or Gold(Don't know what is going to be implemented in the crafting system)" They give the guild Resources or Gold at a fixed rate for an unlimited time Village Level 2- Same as the top But more of an increase in resources and Money Village Level 3- Same as the first one, More resources but allows you to recruit Npcs for your cause maybe being a companion or something once a week

Seige Workshop- Allows you to build Crossbows and catapults and cannons to be mounted on a wall or in a GvG match(I will explain GvG later on in this Suggestion

Seige Workshop Level 2- Allows you to build Trebuchets and also Explosive ammo for the crossbows dealing a higher AOE and causing more damage

Seige Workshop Level 3- The ability to buy special "Braziers" That when Archers are near by they can load up their arrows and it deals more damage and causes a High AOE ratio however if there is a skill that lets the Archers arrows already become explosive then the Damage is catastrophic to the receiving end, dealing a little less then cannons but being an archer they are more Monovarable.

Snake Pit- Gives an enchantment that when you hit an enemy it deals 0.25% for 5 seconds. Snake pit Level 2- Increased the poisons potency for .50% damage for 5 seconds. Snake pit Level 3- Increased the Potency to finely 1 percent per hit for 5 seconds and gives the necromancers the ability to summon to summon "The Momma snake" That is a pretty big beast and lethal.

The Circle of Magic- Increased Magics attack power by 5 percent. The Circle of Magic Level 2- Increased Magic Attack And Defense power by 10 percent. The Circle of Magic Level 3- Gives the ability that when 5 mage's together near the circle are able to "summon" a fiery ball of death at any random attacker

Guild Vault- Pretty simple it can store anyone's items and money but it can be robbed from enemy attackers. Guild Vault Level 2- Just an increase in Size. Guild Vault Level 3- Increases Size and Makes it so that you have to have a waiting time in order to Break into the vault roughly 3 minutes and also adds Guards near by.

Monster Pit- When being raided it gives the defenders the ability to release animals that can attack both Friend and foe Monster Pit Level 2- Increases the attack damage and life of monsters and upgrading it from say being rabid wolves to demons or something Monster pit Level 3- Grants the ability for new recruits to Train in the pit once a week and it gives them "skin" which can be sold for roughly 100 gold a peice of skin

Merchant Guild- Gives your players the ability to buy and sell things from the vendors, it refreshes itself once the clock strikes 10 am Central Time but also vary from place to place country to country Merchant Guild Level 2- Gives a Discount on Buying things and increases the price on selling things then other vendors in the world Merchant Guild 3- Gives more of a Discount and Gives the Guild leader tribute for giving him such nice business

Throne Room- Grants the ability to attack but if you did not get the throne room before you can not attack but can only defend Throne Room Level 2- Hires Quite a lot of Guards but loosing 1000 gold a battle Throne Room Level 3- Moves the Vault to The main room which is highly guarded and is the perfect place to give meetings to your fellow guildee's How to build: Go up to the Guild Building Manager and talk to him though a chat menu. You can tell him I want this and it will list you the certain effects that this building brings. You can not reap the benefits or see the building until the Guild leader or one of his officers Resets the guild. This kicks anyone and everyone in that map to their town they teleported to the guild And that Raps up The building portion of My suggestion

GvG[edit]

The Objective is for two sides offense and defense.

Offense The objective is to Go to the Guild Vault Rob their things and Get out If they have not Robbed the Guild Vault then the objective is to Kill the guild leader which nets the offense around 10k each

In order to prevent Farming you can only do a GVG once a day.

Defense[edit]

Of course the objective of this is to protect your Guild Leader AND you Guild Loot Pretty easy stuff and Nets you 10k if you succeed

And finally my last peice of work Once a year it gives the ability to Hold a GvG tournament, This tournament will net you ALOT of money, Special buildings upgrades or awesome gear for yourself and your soldiers this may not seem special but it gets better

The ability is to wipe out any opposing team on a map. This map has Region that you can conquer. You gain 500 gold per region you own a day which can be used to buy catapults and other things to attack or defend However since you are a big empire you are a big target so people will go for you and you have alot of space to cover You can upgrade your Regions with buildings that are basically like your guild castle but you can only have one and it only effects that certain battle in that certain area. You can have Duel Enchantments Though in a tournament the Guild Vault is Disabled and you can only kill your guild leader.

If a Guild leader is not present at that time then he is replaced with the Guild leader npc Like the one in Guild wars 1

And now I am officially done I know this will take forever to make the models for and the scripts because trust me I have been in your all shoes before and I know its a very difficult and strenuous task and I loved Guild wars 1 and is the best game I have ever played in my entire life. The story was Great and the Art work was great though It felt more of a Co op Then a RPG let alone a MMORPG and the PVP felt bland after awhile

If you want to contact me message me at Captaindrake93@googlemail.com Or shoot me a PM and if you want to shoot me some ideas I will happily include this in here and give you full credit on the idea

Thank you Areanet for a wonderful years and a wonderful Game
