A slight improvement (since Soul Bind's advantage over Scourge Healing is its better casting time) beyond the fact that smiting prayer's is an unpopular PvP attribute, could be that the hex triggers on any enchantment not just targeted ones because that's the reason why not even PvE RoJ utility builds run it Scourge Enchantment. Try it in isle of the nameless and you'll see it does trigger on Attunements which aren't targeted. --Cursed Angel Q.Q 15:14, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

So umm... why would it be so terrible to just let this stack with Scourge Enchantments?? It's not like any Hex removals (except 1 maybe) ever rely on stacking multiple Enchantments first. --ilrUser ilr deprav.png 21:20, 3 September 2009 (UTC)

This suggestion sounds like a dangerous idea, really promotes Hex stacking like Soul Bind does. I wouldn't want to see this in PvP. Dark Morphon 16:13, 17 September 2009 (UTC)
