Scatter doesn't matter in general PvE. You don't have a fixed tank anyway. Pika Fan 19:16, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
I would like a reverse of this skill to the old functionality more than this suggestion. It was quite useful in some builds and was able to deal a good amount of damage if you were blinded. Lou Wolfskin 12:56, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
