I'm saying the recharge is stupid. I don't care whether they nerf or buff it, but a 1s recharge will irritate me with any skill because there's no reason for it. The aftercast for activated skills is 0.75¾ of a second, and attacks are never less than 1 second except for daggers, axes and swords, and even then it's 0.9975, so it's practically 1s anyway. The only reason a skill could need such a low recharge is if it's a shout, in which case it's either A) bad or B) overpowered as hell. –Jette 05:45, 29 October 2009 (UTC)
