Feedback talk:User/KeyboardChemistry/KD, a condition?

I don't see how how a knock down can function as a condition. It has short duration but other than immobilizing the enemy it isn't condition material. The word shutdown already should say enough why it should not be a condition. Would it be a condition it would be massivly overpowered when combined with Epidemic, Fevered Dreams and not to mention when combined with Extend Conditions with a max KD duration of 30 seconds.
