Feedback talk:User/Kiki Tan/Previous Year's Festival Hats

this is something i had been thinking about for a long while myself. but i think it would be easier and more fair to everyone if they could be obtained from a npc like the festival hat giver or another npc byway of a collector the same way they have extended the time to get hats in the past. i have been in awe over the zombie and skull mask from past halloweens that it kills me lol but either i didn't play the game at that time or was to noobish to know what was going on.
