Feedback talk:User/Knighthonor/Druid (New Healer Class)
I like your ideas with this class/profession. Your Bloom spells are very interesting. What happens when a Nuture or Bloom spell is interrupted? Would you have to start the chain over again or wait for a recharge? I'm assuming that the spellcasting system in GW2 will keep with GW concerning of casting times and spell recharges. In this case a spellcaster of any sort will have to anticipate spell- and attack-based interrupts. Seeing as you're modeling your blossom spells after the sin attack chains, would you have something like the Golden Phoenix Strike/Death Blossom combo somewhere?
Yeah I had some attacks. I wanted the Druid to have a few Melee attacks for players who chose the Druid as a Secondary class. but its mainly a Healer and Physical Ranged fighter rather then melee fighter like Assassins. I gave Druids some Melee attacks that can get them out of melee range trouble, since they are a low armor high threat class. --Knighthonor 10:24, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
- No, I don't mean attacks. I mean would you have a similar combo of Golden Phoenix/Death Blossom, meaning if you had some enchantment in place, one of your nurture spells would be primed for use, making it possible to heal faster. Rather than having to go through a long chain just to get to a bloom skill, you would have this nifty combo that works very quickly. Also, if the bloom spell was, in essence, the exact opposite of Death blossom, once the "death blossom" activates it would heal all allies in nearby range. Granted there would be a moderate recharge time, this would be an awesome skill to have, even now. P.S. sorry for not signing my above statement. --Ravencroft0 07:31, 11 March 2010 (UTC)
So, basically, a R/Mo. Making a whole new profession exactly like the Ranger but with party heals? Well, we already know monks didn't make the cut specifically because of their primary role as healers. Teddy Dan, yo. 07:13, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
