What the hell does this mean? elix Omni 17:53, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
- Delay from entering password to entering game, whereupon you are forced to read the notices. -- FreedomBound 17:57, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
- Whereupon hackers would realize they were wrong, feel guilty, and sign out of the account? Good plan. elix Omni 17:58, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
- More to prevent forced entrance. If you can enter 1 pasword every second you'll have a much easier time hacking a account then if you have to wait 5 seconds for 1 password.Remember they can also send info of repetitive password failures (10+ though) and add additional timeout Lilondra 19:02, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
- 1) that would be incredibly annoying for people that have complex passwords and keyboards that sometimes do not cooperate. 2) They already (supposedly) have a mechanism in place to prevent or slow down brute force password hack attempts. -- FreedomBound 19:10, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
- They don't.+ add something that makes you see what you type ? Lilondra 19:57, 23 December 2009 (UTC)
