Why defy pain being maintainable is bad -.- ? its perfect as it is . Raemon 18:04, 9 October 2009 (UTC)

INPUT[edit]

WHOA @ Fear me. Keep it dead, will you? Spamming that shout on recharge even it would remove one energy is overkill. => I haven't add the move yet btw but its in strength now.I actually like this niche tbh Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) WA, ehhh... too dangerous, mate. You already have some pretty nasty anti-movement energy attacks and that'd just aggravate problems. keep it as it is. => Well its more of a collection of ideas.I'm not expecting anet to take any of these let alone all but I guess your right. The point was to create a viable splitbar (similar to Charging Strike,Less mobile but stronger on stand) Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) BB, fine.

FGJ, I think you meant one additional strike of adrenaline. => Will change in a sec Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC)

Defy is fine. It may be maintainable, but it gimps the shit out of your warrior - who cares about your defense when you can't kill as a warrior?

Protectors, fine.

Power attack, again, fine, but I don't think any decent warrior will take it over exec or body blow.

Don't you dare fucking touch bull's.

Dismember nerf is fine (useless, 1 strike and some duration reduction doesn't mean much), but rush... no one cares about rush. It's a cancel stance anyway, and it lasts long enough to be alternated with frenzy. That's what matters. => I didn't nerf rush in a good way.The Idea is that it would cost more of your adrenaline to constantly chain it wich would mean you slightly reduce the pressure warriors can deal out with frenzy - Rush.Basically I'm trying to clear the way for the melee profession that can both go with split and be strong at stand (whereas sins would be a gimp at stand and dervs would be terrible at split) Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) barbarous completely replaces sever. Also, your sever sucks. => Both are a huge buff lol, unconditional + damage ? Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Lol at galrath and silverwing. Sounds like a cool concept, though daze will be drawn might fast if DW isn't removed already.

Did I meantion that your sever sucked? => Only once I think Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Final Thrust is fine - doesn't need a buff to conform to the power creep. =>It does need a buff.I'm buffing most of SMS so to leave Final Thrust behind would kinda be killing it.I'm trying to get to a point where things got more power then GWFC but not that much so you can still take 1 or more deaths in order to push up Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) DSlash with 7 adrenaline would be pretty epic. You really should lower the gain if you want to do that. Chaining DS-S and M-DS under conjure would be pretty lol, with some dazing galrath's thrown in. => 1 recharge would prevent Dragon Slash from charging itself ? Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Steelfang - no one cares about that adrenal reduction. it could cost 5 strikes or 9, it does the same thing. => Its unconditional + damage worst case scenario to Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Cripple is more useful and powerful when it's on energy. I think hamstring should cost 5 energy with 5-10 recharge. It used to have that function but I liked it more with adrenaline Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Quivering is an interesting change - a sort of a pseudobulls. Might be nice to see, though I reckon bull's charge is more versatile than that. => How is being able to int someone on spike and knocking them down if your just building/pressuring not versatile :p ? Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Gladiator's - WTH? why would I want to block melee attacks as a warrior? Maybe against linebackers, sure, but isn't that just more buildwars? => I just tried to buff a lot of skills just to buff them I think it got fairly obvious at Gladiator's Defense and DBS Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Shove - nice and clean, the way it should've been.

DBS really is dBS. Those interrupts will be unreliable and probably will be wasted. Though, I think that's not hammer's only, so some interesting combinations with axes could come from that.

Magehunter is in strentgh, btw. It sucks, becuase a knockdown is as good as an interrupt. I'd just pack irresistable blow or your new shove for that. Hell, shock already does it. => If I've put it under a different attribute it means I'm moving it to that att btw Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Why further buff vim? It's a self defense elite, used only by lame ass trappers. You should look to change functionality.

DBlow is fine. Don't touch it.

Distracting strike is a bit DERP, but okay, I guess. => Somehow it makes me think of SP,yet I can't recall why lol Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Riposte would be very nasty to run in a spike-oriented hammer build - just cramming attacks down the four seconds of BB.

Disarm, again, fine.

Deadly riposte is even worse. I'd pack that on a hammer war, no end to the possiblities there. Plus it's cheap and activates fast. Y0u need to rethink that before adding a supercripslash to all melee lines. => Yh I should proly move that back to SMS only Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Soldier Shit: are even more shit. Who uses warrior shouts, lol?

Actually they are now less of diahria and more like some stiffened shit yh.

Leviathan's sweep: are you sure? That's better than hamstring.

NONE SHALL PASS: I'd love to chain your version in tombs. Needs at lest 10e cost.

Retreat, nice change, but people will just bring that on a para bar. Much more room there. Much better coverage, too.

WCunning: You want to be careful about block bypassers. Your version is a tad broken, because it's entirely passive and basically guarantees that your spike will go through. I'm against this, just more powercreep. I've been thinking about this one to yes Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) Shield's Up? No warrior will carry a 10e shout. Count on that. They have already btw Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC) I wouldn't put WY on a warrior. The cost is too low, it just wastes precious adrenaline to spam and maintain that.

Wich basicly means its a tradeoff instead of pure OMG WINZOR ? Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg*poke* 04:29, 10 October 2009 (UTC)

Oh Whoop-de-doo, now my IWAY isn't permanent. 10 second downtime? Seriously? And all it takes is one dead ally - just bring a loser pet on a GvG (do Npc's count as allies?) and your warriors have all the frenzy they need. Your version is even more broken.

Yh about that.It kinda only triggers on party members. The idea is that if you were taking 1 or more deaths this would help achieve more pressure to push them back despite the additional DP your party just got flashed. No Pets,no Ghostlies, just party members. And if your backline has to start dying before you can use IWAY to increase your pressure I'm pretty sure that things won't go so well.

I like you will die. It won't see much play, but looks decent.

Overall, looks like an okay list, bu you should look into how your changes interract with each other. WubVII

Sword Attacks[edit]

Haven't really read or considered the whole page in depth but these are some of my thoughts on a few of the skills:

Barbarous Slice - I disagree with this since most Warriors use Stances and the whole point of it was that if you could somehow eschew a stance you got to use this over Sever. By improving Sever itself this shouldn't need to be changed, though I agree that at the moment it's too hard to be a Warrior without a stance. Giving Wars a non-stance IAS (like IWAY but more viable) would, I think, open up loads of new options (obviously said IAS would have to be inferior to others as it would otherwise be OP), including using Barberous over Sever.
Galrath Slash - I like it but IMO it's a bit OP. OK bar space is a big problem (you would probable need to lose S&MS) but still, Sever -> Gash -> Galrath would be pretty powerful for taking down casters.
Hamstring - This definately needs a buff, but I'm not sure this would be right. Yes there's bar space again but we already have Cripslash. Possibly simply lowering the cost to 5 energy, the recharge to 8-12ish and/or adding some damage would do.

Anyway I like most of these but I would definately make some tweaks, those are just a couple of ideas. 86.27.179.159 12:54, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

Forcefull Blow & Enraged Smash pls Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg 20:37, 30 November 2009 (UTC)

powercreepan. Your forceful made me wet, true story. Enraged is probably weaker this way (deserves it, tbh). NuVII User NuclearVII signature 3.jpg 21:22, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
Well yh ofc its powercreep but tbh I just try to keep it at ~level of devastating hammer (btw I changed enraged since current version is retaaaarded). Also you think I should nerf flail+enraging charge ?Lilondra User Lilondra Sig.jpg 05:46, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
