I like Flashing Blades altough it would be nice if you add a different skill to replace it as elite defensive skill. Fox's Promise also looks interresting and a good way to increase the damage of the sin altough i would set it's duration to 8 seconds and scale it's burning to 1...3...3 second[s] instead of a set 2 seconds. The increase in critical hit chance is something i don't see as needed tough since the sin already has a very high critical hit rate, to counter that i advice you make the unblockable unconditional. The idea of an unblockable foxfire looks very fun :). Da Mystic Reaper 23:50, 29 July 2012 (UTC)

Honestly, I think the unblockable feature has to be limited somehow and not a given. An +18% chance to crit on an Assassin, like you said, is pretty high and should boost your typical Assassin's crit rate to something like 50% (assuming +1% chance for crit per rank in Dagger Mastery). This gives the player enough of a chance to lose it on luck of the draw, but a decent enough start with the initial effect to get the ball rolling. I figure that with double strikes, quick-activation attacks and that kind of a crit chance, there should exist the possibility of it going wrong somewhere just to keep it balanced. Keep in mind that 10 seconds of burning (which would be a pretty good run for this skill) is 140 damage. Adding your attack damage on top of that is pretty hefty in my opinion.
As for Flashing Blades, I never liked its current state. It's so reactive and Assassins are all about active play. You're not going to survive by putting up Flashing Blades and laying into someone if there's a caster around. Nowadays everybody needs a counter to everything. I'm still not totally satisfied with my current suggestion for it, but I still think it's better than nothing and at least moving in a positive direction. Mcscamper 00:56, 30 July 2012 (UTC)
