Seeing that this skill is an elite skill, I felt that it should be respected as one. Using Read the Wind of Favorable Winds is a much better option than this skill. I made the arrow move four times as fast. This will make this attack much better than using Read the Wind or Favorable Winds. The casting time is also reduced so you can actually pull off a "quick shot." Finally, I gave it +10 damage as an added bonus. Depending on how this skill can be used, that damage can be removed or remain in fact. Pwrkaril 03:22, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
