I added blurred just in case that Anet don't want to nerf the obviously overbuffed air.

15 second recharge is excessive for invoke. it would make the skill worthless as a spike skill, as most people like to call spikes every 5-6 seconds, especially warriors. instead of nerfing good skills, i suggest buffing under used skills, such as some under used water elites for dps/ spikes.

also, it might not be a bad idea for some water skills with shards of ice (ice spikes and shard storm) to cause bleeding.

i fell on some ice earlier this month while ice skating and cut my hand open on a flat surface. i think its reasonable for flying shards of ice to cause bleeding. but that's just me.--Obsidiancat31 03:00, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
