Ill be honest, I got to "Ideal Environment" and went tl'dr. But up to that, from the sounds of it, there are already item like this implemented in the game. There is a video of the charr section of the demo from one of the conventions that shows their ghostly weapons, and the guy running the presentation points it out and says something slong the lines of "... we also have other cool looking weapons like this, for example there is a sword that is on fire during the day which adds fire damage, but at night it turns to ice and every attack has a chance for the blade to shatter on hit causing minor AoE ice damage." He also mentioned that the aesthetic of weaponry has been focussed on quite a lot in GW2. But yes, this idea is awesome, I would love having a sword that calls a heavanly thunderbolt on hit :P --Jimmer123 16:16, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
