"You Will Die!"
- a bit long for something that can be maintainable don't you think? plus i think you got the activation and recharge icon mixed up--BobbyT 03:11, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
- yeah a bit too long, but sounds nice... --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- its a bit too risky for an elite I think --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- Perhaps a scalable tactics version would work best? --Falconeye 01:35, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
- -
4 0 0 - (Tactics) - Melee Attack. "Deals +10...16...18 (maximum 70) for each signet you have equipped." -=OR=- "Deals +10...22...25 (maximum 45) for each signet you have equipped."
- don't agree with it, its useless for other classes especially mesmers, paragon and maybe monks/assasins with much signets in their skillbars --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- very odd when used with defy pain or dolyak signet, half damage + other "skills" that buffs -x damage and +armor --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- I think the conditional effect is right in this case, Gash just works with Sever Artery or Barbarous Slice, the damage and length should be buffed but it shouldn't be an unconditional skill, else sword loose one of its main conditions --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- sounds nice, but why a second hit? to avoid shield bash? i don't think it should have two hits, one hit is enough in imo --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- The reason why I split it into two hits is that Deep Wound is not calculated until the target's next damage. If a target has 150 HP, and I hit them for ~100 damage with this attack, and give them a deep wound that takes off ~100 health of their bar, they won't die until they get another hit for their bar to recalculate. It's important for the target to die without another additional damage source so that the death bonus applies correctly in more cases. --Skye Marin 17:38, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- Ah, okay! Thats the reason... its worth to think about. --Kali Shin Shivara 01:07, 19 November 2009 (UTC)

- works nice for wars without a stance! but with ias the adrenalin gain + critical hit is much to overpowered in case of assasins --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
- sounds good too but the added damage should be much lower, else Gash is useless when low on health and Sever Artery is also useless 'cause it got no extra damage as a opener skill. It would pursuade warrior in RA to leave if they dont have a monk its actually worse enough --Kali Shin Shivara 01:16, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
Barbarous slice would be horrible if anet worked on this. Ever heard of anti-melee on a melee class? Called 3 attacks and you're at 450 health anyway, so if a monk has a max of 600 and heals him/herself, no bleeding for you. Instead of ruining Barbarous, they should make sever artery do weakness and +5...15...25 damage if they're already bleeding (Because if you sever two arteries, they're really going to be bleeding to death) Kalizar who uses swords, and finds Barbarous good already, yet sever artery completely fail
