Guild Recruitment Board:

I think that a guild recruitment board could be very helpful to Guild Wars 2 players. The guild recruitment board would be placed in every major city, and would allow guild leaders and officers to advertise their guild. Along with the guild advertisement there would be sign up for each of the guilds. If a player wanted to join a guild they could go to the guild sign up sheet and apply for a guild. The guild's leader or officers would then be able to go through the list and choose who they would like in their guild. This would save time for both guild leaders and people who wanted to join a guild. The guild recruitment board would allow you to have your guild's recruitment form up even while you are not online, allowing your guild to expand even when you cant get on.
