Great idea. If it only kept to hair styles, and not other details like features, colors, or faces, then I agree. The micro-transactions would cover cosmetic changes that basically result in a new character, or for new added styles and features not available at release (things added later to the shop), but the barber shop would be simply for hair styles (color could be left as a micro-transaction). Or the Barbershop feature could be DLC at a one time flat fee for the entire account. Spend $5-10 for the ability to alter hair whenever you want. But then I'd expect hair styles and color.
